Here, you’ll visit the beautifully restored Kasbah Amridil—once featured on Morocco’s 50 dirham banknote. Step inside its museum to explore the ingenuity of adobe architecture, designed to stay cool in summer and warm in winter, and learn about the traditions of life in these fortified residences.

Continue through the fragrant Valley of the Roses, arriving at Kelâat M’Gouna, the heart of Morocco’s rose-growing region. Each spring, more than 4,000 tons of roses are harvested here. Visit a cooperative where locals craft rosewater and organic cosmetics, and discover why May is the best time to experience the valley in full bloom during the lively Rose Festival.

Next, journey into the dramatic Dades Valley, where the Dades River has carved deep canyons into the red rock. Pause for a traditional lunch with panoramic views of the cliffs and unique geological formations.
